The Flatlander Festival is the premier event of North Western Kansas highlighting community spirit and hospitality with this 27-year annual happening. Goodland, KS is located on Interstate 70, 17 miles east of the Colorado State line. The events begin Friday with car show events and stock car races, a parade on Saturday, cars and motorcycle shows, a street festival, vendor booths, craft fair and a picnic in the park on Sunday. En route to Goodland is the popular St. Francis Motorcycle Museum at 110 East Washington in downtown St. Francis, Kansas.
This year’s ride will be smooth and casual and our leader is Jimmy Flora. We plan to start our journey on Friday, Sept. 29th, with our return planned for Monday, October 2nd. Based on the interest of members, our departure location will be determined within two-weeks of departure and it will be provided to those riders that RSVP. Please join us on this exciting ride to the plains of Kansas!
